What we collect

• Business contact details from public sources (business websites, LinkedIn, Companies House): name, role, work email, business.
• Order details when you buy: name, email, business, what you bought. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Preview requests from our website form: your name, email, business name and website, plus your IP address for a short time to stop spam.
• Emails you send us.
• Basic, cookie-free page statistics (pages viewed, rough location, device type).

Why, and the lawful basis (UK GDPR)

• Contacting businesses about our service: legitimate interests. Under PECR we email corporate addresses only and every email lets you opt out.
• Making the preview you asked for: steps you asked us to take before a contract.
• Fulfilling an order: contract.
• Keeping accounts records: legal obligation (HMRC requires six years).

Who we share it with

Only providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, statistics and storing preview requests), Resend (order and request emails), Google Workspace (email), and Instantly (outreach email). Some process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

Prospect details and preview requests: up to 12 months after last contact, or immediately on request. Customer and accounts records: six years.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object, including to all marketing at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
